Safe Mode is a smart troubleshooting feature on Hisense TV that helps you identify whether the problem on the TV is due to any third-party apps or pre-installed apps. When you turn on the safe mode, all other downloaded third-party apps and non-essential services will be disabled. Only the pre-installed apps will work. If your TV works properly in safe mode, it means that a downloaded app is causing the issue and you can take the required steps to solve the problem.
The safe mode is available only on Hisense Android TV or Hisense Google TV. If you use other Hisense TV OS models, this mode will not be available. You can easily turn on the safe mode on your Hisense Android or Google TV by visiting the Settings section or using the Volume Down button.
