The Service Menu, also known as the secret menu or factory menu, is a hidden section on your Hisense TV that is accessed by authorized technicians. Except for the Hisense Fire TV models, almost all Hisense TVs have a service menu. However, the way to access it can vary depending on your Hisense TV OS. Unlike the regular TV settings, this menu gives access to advanced settings. If these settings are misconfigured, it can affect the TV’s performance. Only access the service menu if you are a trained technician or have a thorough understanding of it.
