    How to Install and Use Hisense TV Remote App

    Do you know that you can use your smartphone as a virtual remote for Hisense Smart TV? This can be done with a remote app on your phone. You can use the remote apps to perform functions like turning the Hisense TV on or off, changing channels, adjusting the volume, and so on. The remote app actually works like a normal remote. To use this app on your phone as a remote control, you need to pair it with your TV. Each Hisense TV OS has its own remote app. Based on your TV OS, install the remote app discussed below and use it to control your Hisense TV without a remote.

    Use the RemoteNOW App to Control Your Hisense TV

    The RemoteNOW app can be used to control all Hisense VIDAA TVs and other latest 4K Hisense models, regardless of the operating system. Currently, this RemoteNOW app is available only for iPhone users.

    1. Take your iPhone and install the RemoteNOW app from the App Store.

    2. Next, connect your Hisense TV to a WiFi connection. Also, connect your smartphone to the same WiFi connection.

    3. Open the RemoteNow app and accept all the license agreements.

    4. Then, tap the TV icon at the top of the home page. Now, your Hisense TV name will appear on the next screen.

    5. Select your TV name, and you need to enter the Code on the app if you are pairing your smartphone with the TV for the first time.

    6. Once you enter the code, the remote app will be successfully paired with your Hisense TV.

    7. Then, click the Remote option at the bottom of the app, and a remote interface will appear on your smartphone. Using the virtual remote, you can now control your Hisense TV seamlessly.

    Control Hisense Google or Android TV using the Google TV App

    If your Hisense TV runs on the Google TV OS or Android TV OS, you need to install the Google TV app on your smartphone.

    1. Head to the Play Store or App Store on your smartphone and install the Google TV app. In a few Android phones, the Google TV app will be already pre-installed.

    2. Open the Google TV app and sign in with your Google Account to get started. Make sure the Google TV app and your Hisense TV are paired to the same WiFi.

    3. At the bottom of the app, tap the Remote icon or Connect TV option.

    4. The Google TV app will now begin to scan for any nearby active devices. Select your Hisense Android TV or Hisense Google TV from the list.

    5. Type the Pairing Code shown on the Google TV and pair the app with your Hisense TV.

    6. Once done, a virtual remote interface will appear on the screen. Using this, you can easily control your Hisense Android TV or Hisense Google TV without a remote.

    Use the VIDAA Smart TV App to Control Hisense VIDAA TV

    The VIDAA Smart TV is an exclusive app that is designed to control your Hisense VIDAA TV.

    1. Download the VIDAA Smart TV app from the Play Store or App Store.

    2. Open the app and accept all the User Agreement and Privacy Policies.

    3. On the Welcome screen of the app, tap the Connect Device option.

    4. On the next screen, click on the +Add New Device button at the bottom.

    5. The VIDAA Smart TV app will look for nearby active devices. Tap the Hisense VIDAA TV name from the list and enter the security PIN on the app. Now, the app will be paired with your Hisense TV.

    6. Tap the Remote icon at the bottom of the app and use the virtual remote interface to control your TV without a remote.

    How to Control Hisense Fire TV using the Amazon Fire TV App

    Using the Amazon Fire TV app, you can control your Hisense TV that runs on Fire OS. If you have Hisense Fire TV, go through the steps below.

    1. Connect your Hisense TV and smartphone to the same WiFi. Then, install the Amazon Fire TV app on your smartphone from the Play Store or App Store.

    2. Open the Amazon Fire TV application and accept all the permissions. Then, on the home page, tap your Hisense Fire TV name.

    3. If your Hisense Fire TV name has not shown on the app, tap Set Up New Device, and the app will look for the nearby active devices.

    4. Select your Hisense TV name and enter the 4-digit Code displayed on your Hisense TV.

    5. Once you enter the code, the remote app will be successfully connected to the Hisense Fire TV. Now, with the remote app’s virtual remote, you don’t need a physical remote to control your Hisense TV.

    Control Hisense Roku TV using the Roku App

    If you are a Hisense Roku TV user, The Roku App is the best alternative to your TV remote. This app is available for free on the Play Store and App Store.

    1. After you install the Roku App, launch it and accept all the necessary permissions.

    2. Next, you need to Sign In to your Roku Account.

    3. Hit the Devices tab at the bottom of the Roku App’s home page.

    4. On the Devices tab, you will find your Hisense Roku TV name. If you can’t find your device name, then double-check whether your Hisense TV and smartphone are on the same WiFi connection.

    5. Then, select your Hisense Roku TV from the list, and the app will immediately connect to your TV.

    6. Next, tap the Remote icon below your Hisense TV name, and a virtual remote interface will appear on the screen.

    7. Now, you can control your Hisense Roku TV using the Roku app’s remote interface.
